Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Cut-off time for Next Day Delivery services is 2:30 pm. Our offices are closed weekends and bank holidays.
Postage in the UK:-
We offer you 3 main delivery options (items are processed Monday to Friday)
1. Standard Delivery - Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within four working days, with a small minority within 3 working days. This is a tracked service. The cost of UK postage is £3.50.
2. Express Delivery. This is the Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service - aiming to deliver in 1 to 2 working days. The cost of UK express delivery is £4.50
3. Next Day Guaranteed. This is a next 'working' day service via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. The cost is £10. Available on orders placed before 2:30pm.
*If you require a next day Saturday Delivery please select this option at checkout and before 2:30pm on Friday. This service guarantees delivery of your parcel before 1pm. The cost of Saturday Guaranteed delivery is £15
**the above services require a signature on receipt. If you are not going to be in to sign for delivery you can nominate a Safe Place. This needs to be done at the time you place your order in our comments section.
Postage within the EU:-
For smaller packages we use Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed or International Signed service. For packages over 2Kg we use DHL.
The cost of EU postage is £10. Allow 5-7 working days after processing.
Postage Worldwide:-
For smaller packages we use Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed or International Signed service. For packages over 2Kg we use DHL.
The cost of worldwide delivery is £15. We cannot determine time of delivery - but it is usually between 5 - 8 working days
Please note we cannot ship to post offices or parcel lockers. Parcel addressed to either will be returned to sender.
